Hatred of Muslims: Why is the word “Islamophobia” divisive?

Aboubakar Cissé, 21, was killed at the mosque in La Grand-Combe. His murderer, Olivier H., filming his agony , targeted his religion: "Your shitty Allah... I planted his buttocks." It is therefore no surprise that "the theory of an anti-Muslim act, an act with Islamophobic connotations, (...) is being favored," as the public prosecutor, Abdelkrim Grini, announced a few hours later.
Two days later, in Paris, on Sunday, April 27, protesters gathered around the statue of the Republic in memory of the young man. Among the organizers, Dominique Sopo, president of SOS Racisme, was the target of criticism from some of the protesters, most of them rebels. "You don't use the term Islamophobia!" they shouted at the leader, who saw a certain "ambiguity" in this word.
Previously, on social media, Fabien Roussel, national secretary of the French Communist Party (PCF), denouncing "anti-Muslim hatred," was heckled by LFI MEP Rima Hassan. "But you're incapable of naming Islamophobia?" she asked him. This is forgetting that he had earlier stated that "the Islamophobic nature"...
